Lavender Sparkle Schreiner's, R. 1964 I. 1965 TB 37" EM From Schreiner's Iris Lover's catalog for 1965: "Schreiner's Iris Lovers Catalog: Lavender Sparkle is a pink lavender plicata that from a distance of eight feet carries the closest to pink of any modern plicata we are familiar with. The frosty white flowers picoteed with just a clean edging of lilac rose have a delicate tracery that reminds one of Rosy Veil but in a larger flower." From Old Brook Gardens catalog for 1968: "Showy plicata, deep lilac-rose rim on white, dark beard."
