Shull, 1923

TB 36" M

From Treholme Gardens catalog for 1928: "S. petunia-violet; F. rich raisin purple; orange beard. General effect is a rich glowing ruby-crimson with wonderful carrying effect. Tall, well branched, large flower, good form with excellent substance lasting long in flower over a long period, in fact but few equal it in this respect. A distinct variety and one of the most outstanding introductions to date."
