The Admiral Dave Hall, 1938 TB 36" M B1D, From Cooley's Gardens catalog for 1945: "An intense blue, deeper than medium blue, but not really a dark shade. The form, finish and substance are outstanding. Withstands either sun, wind or rain equally wel, lasts long in bloom, and makes a wonderful garden clump." ((Sensation X (Selene x Wambliska)), HM 1940, AM 1944. Comments: "Has a satiny finish that is really different from most old 'blues'.
